You acknowledge that: • AI recommendations are not a substitute for professional insurance or legal advice • You should verify all recommendations with qualified professionals • We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content • Final decisions regarding insurance coverage remain your responsibility • AI models may be updated, which could affect recommendations

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL COVERAGE MANAGER AI, INC., ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses • Damages exceeding the fees paid by you in the twelve months prior to the event

This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Coverage Manager AI, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party right • Any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that: • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free • The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable • The Service will meet your specific requirements • Any errors in the Service will be corrected

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including: • Breach of these Terms • Non-payment of fees • Fraudulent or illegal activity • At our sole discretion

After termination, we will retain your data for 90 days to allow for data export. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Delaware, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
